Ingredients:
Strawberries — 300 g
Cream 33-35% — 50 g
Cream cheese or curd cheese — 50 g
Powdered sugar — 15 g
Dark chocolate for decoration
Cooking process:
Wash the strawberries, cut off the stems so that the bottom of the berries is even. Cut off the top of each berry – Santa’s future cap.
Whip the cream with cream cheese and powdered sugar into a thick mass (until firm peaks so as not to spread). Put it in a pastry bag. You can simply cut off the tail of the bag if you have disposable ones, or use a nozzle — a figured one or with a regular round hole.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave oven in pulses, put it in a pastry bag with a very small hole at the end. It is better to use a disposable bag to cut off the tip as needed.
Squeeze a small amount of butter cream onto the truncated berry, cover with a strawberry cap and squeeze a little more cream onto it to make a pompom. Repeat for all berries.
Make chocolate beaded eyes. If necessary, you can remove excess or correct the shape with a toothpick.
