It is possible to effectively sum up the results of the year by writing them down on paper. This advice was given to RIAMO by business coach Pavel Kuryshkin.

The specialist recommended recalling the highlights and difficulties of the past 12 months in order to assess what has been achieved and analyze mistakes. According to Kuryshkin, two sheets of A4 paper, a pencil or pen are enough for this, as well as some free time.

The coach recommended dividing one sheet into two parts and recording key events and successes in one of them, and mistakes and lessons for the future on the other. This approach will allow us to see the full picture of the situation and evaluate the results.
