British nutrition expert and nutritionist Gabriela Peacock, known for advising the royal family, named three effective ways to combat aging and help a person maintain external youthfulness without using aesthetic medicine procedures.
According to the expert, one such method is to avoid the use of added sugar — that is, used to sweeten foods or drinks that do not originally contain it. The fact is that the inclusion of large doses of sugar in the diet contributes to the development and exacerbation of inflammatory processes in the body.
“Sweet carbs fuel chronic inflammations that accelerate the body’s aging. In addition, the abuse of desserts can cause excess weight, which does not contribute to youth either externally or physically,” Peacock explained.
The second important condition for rejuvenation is good blood flow in the body, which largely depends on the state of the circulatory system and blood vessels. Due to this circumstance, in order for blood to flow to all organs, it is recommended to harden blood vessels to prevent stress, weather changes or other adverse OS circumstances.
“It will be useful to exercise outdoors, take a contrast shower, visit a bath or sauna,” the nutritionist concluded.
It is also recommended to use products containing substances that protect body cells from damage as a method of rejuvenation. These substances include vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, and omega-3 fatty acids.
