Koryagin’s therapist: Eating sprats and Olivier carries the risk of heart attack and stroke

Most salads with mayonnaise dressing can lead not only to weight gain, but also to more serious consequences for human health, warned Russian therapist Natalya Koryagina.

According to the expert, Olivier, known abroad as “Russian salad”, can trigger the development of heart attacks and strokes.

“The main killers from the New Year’s table are mayonnaise salads with lots of ingredients. The traditional and beloved Olivier and herring under a fur coat salads contain a large amount of fat and cholesterol, which leads not only to weight gain, but also to stroke and heart attack,” the doctor said.

It is clarified that sprats are also dangerous to the body, since, according to Koryagina, they contain large amounts of salt, and sometimes mercury and heavy metals, which slowly but surely kills the gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, nervous and cardiovascular systems.

In addition, chicken under cheese or mayonnaise contains huge carcinogens, which adversely affects both the liver and the pancreas. Korchagina recommends including fresh vegetables and fruits in the New Year’s menu, and seasoning salads with olive oil rather than industrial mayonnaise.
