This is very important! When you consciously choose to treat your loved one kindly, your self-esteem changes instantly. Would you tell a loved one that he is ugly, that he is a loser, that no one loves him? Hardly likely. Give yourself compliments. And you’ll see the magic that begins to happen within you.

4. How determined and do you believe in yourself?

There are people who are less qualified or educated than you, but they are much more successful simply because they believe in themselves. Give yourself permission to achieve your goals and achieve your dreams, even if you lack knowledge, education, talent (what do you think). Believe in yourself. With this belief, all your negative thoughts and self-doubts will disappear. Because this is the biggest force, even if it is sometimes underestimated. And it’s 100 percent up to you.
