Baking:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Bake the dough until golden brown.

Pour the cooled cream onto the finished dough, spreading it evenly.

Glaze:

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate with the cream and honey until a thick glaze forms.

Cover the cream with a layer of glaze and let it set.
