Orange dessert
This is a three-ingredient dessert, without eggs, milk or flour. A no-bake dessert is prepared in 10 minutes, not including the time it freezes in the refrigerator, explained blogger Marina Mayorova and showed the cooking steps on video.
Ingredients:
orange juice – 250 ml;
sugar – 50 g;
cornstarch – 30 g;
vegetable oil (to lubricate the form);
coconut flakes (for decoration, optional).
Cooking:
pour sugar and starch into the orange juice, mix well with a whisk so that there are no lumps left;
heat the mixture on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick;
immediately pour into a form greased with vegetable oil, cool at room temperature;
send the orange dessert to the refrigerator for 4 hours;
then remove and cut into slices (if you wish, you can roll them in coconut flakes).
“Mandarins in white chocolate” dessert
Blogger Oksana Pashko shared it.
Ingredients:
tangerines – 5-6 pieces. ;
unsweetened yogurt – 200 ml;
white chocolate – 150 g;
cream 20-33% – 120 ml;
black chocolate for decoration.
Cooking:
Break 150 g of white chocolate into pieces and put in a clean, dry bowl;
add 120 ml of cream here;
put a bowl of chocolate in a steam bath (the bottom of the bowl should not touch the water in the pan, the fire of the burner is such that the water in the pan gurgles slightly);
melt the chocolate with the cream, stirring – as soon as about half of the chocolate has melted and half is still in the form of solid pieces, remove the bowl from the water bath;
continue to mix the chocolate until completely dissolved;
leave the melted chocolate to cool down to almost room temperature;
peel five or six fruits and tear them into slices, peeling them from white veins;
pour 200 ml of unsweetened thick yogurt at room temperature into the cooled chocolate, mix;
put a few slices of tangerines in the bowls on the bottom, pour them with the prepared cream until they disappear;
put the tangerine slices again, pressing them against the walls of the bowl (this styling is needed so that the slices can be seen through the walls of the bowl) and fill them with cream again – so collect the whole dessert;
send the dessert to freeze in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes;
After half an hour, decorate it on top with tangerine slices and dark chocolate grated on a large grater. The dessert is ready.
